Our diversity training program takes on the hard topic of all people. Your HR department may not always have the solution when a situation arises. Not only do we train them on situation response, but also how to circumvent the possibility of any situation. We lead HR and management teams through discussions and how to react. Time Management Training
There will always be the employee that is at their desk an hour early and stays long after the lights are out. When asked, most of the time the answer is because they were in meetings "all day." We direct individuals on how to use their time in the office effectively and how to be the most productive in the shortest amount of time.
